He is the founder of AgriSphere Fund, a global platform for regenerative dairy and land transformation — built on Shaun’s proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in challenging environments.
Shaun’s career has spanned dairy conversions, infrastructure builds, value-added processing, and livestock operations. His practical know-how is paired with a strong vision for future farming — rooted in sustainability, systems thinking, and organic principles.
From managing entire farm operations to overseeing construction projects, Shaun brings a unique blend of technical ability, project management, and entrepreneurial drive. His regenerative mindset and ability to "think outside the box" have helped him pioneer low-input, high-output farming systems that regenerate soil, lower cost structures, and deliver real cashflow from day one.
